In 2022, SG Support implemented OutPerform to replace manual Excel lead capture and to automate lead capture, routing and follow up for donor and customer outreach in Malaysia. The deployment used OutPerform within the Chatbots and Conversational AI category, applying conversational intake to capture donor signals and to feed a centralized lead repository for operations and outreach teams.
Implementation leveraged inferred modules including Conversational AI and a Lead Management System to automate intake, apply routing rules, and trigger follow up workflows across donor engagement and customer service functions. Data centralization reduced reliance on spreadsheets and enabled standardized capture fields and workflow orchestration, shifting governance toward centralized lead ownership and process-driven routing for Malaysia operations, and improving operational efficiency and data centralization as reported in the vendor customer story about OutPerform.
