The deployment was delivered as a companywide program for a 120 person professional services travel agency specializing in Asia, with program leadership focused on consolidating back office and customer facing record sets while shifting operational workflows into the new system.
The Toogo ERP deployment covered modules and configurations aligned to Travel Agency ERP capabilities, including CRM consolidation, booking and itinerary management, supplier invoicing and finance controls, logistics coordination, HR related personnel workflows, and back office task automation. Toogo ERP was configured to support Sales and Marketing pipelines alongside operational booking lifecycles, reflecting explicit business analyst work across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance and HR domains.
Implementation scope included an ERP and CRM consolidation effort that handled an CRM dataset of 85,000 opportunities and 61,000 prospects and customers, and it incorporated back office improvements and team training. Governance was managed as a structured migration project from January 2018 through October 2019, with project management, process redesign at the group level, and targeted user training to embed new operational processes into Shanti Travel’s Sales, Operations and Finance workflows.
