In 2019, Shate-M Plus Belarus implemented Your.soft Total Service. The Your.soft Total Service Automotive ERP was introduced to support the wholesaler's auto parts inventory, ordering, and workshop and retail processes across Belarus and neighbouring markets.
Implementation included core inventory and ordering modules, workshop management capabilities, and supplier integration functionality as indicated by the vendor product description. Architecturally the deployment followed a modular Automotive ERP pattern, centralizing parts master and stock data while exposing order orchestration and workshop job workflows to operational users. Configuration efforts concentrated on parts master data, stock reservations, order lifecycle orchestration and workshop job lifecycle management.
Operational scope covered wholesale distribution, workshop operations and retail points across Belarus and adjacent markets, with the rollout estimated to have gone live around 2020. Governance work aligned purchasing, warehouse and workshop process owners to the Automotive ERP workflows and established transaction controls and supplier message handling. Ongoing support and operational ownership were retained by Shate-M Plus IT and operations teams in coordination with the vendor Your.soft.
