Operational scope centered on laboratory medicine and patient care at Sherman Abrams Laboratory in Brooklyn, with the engagement expressly aiming to improve scalability and remote sample management according to the vendor press release. The rollout supported end to end specimen flows across departments and centralized clinical and anatomic reporting, genetics result management and client service interactions within a single Laboratory Management platform. Governance and adoption activities focused on updating laboratory standard operating procedures and aligning front line phlebotomy and client service workflows to Netlims LabOS processes, accompanied by staged module activation and staff training to reduce disruption. Netlims LabOS now serves as the unified application for Sherman Abrams Laboratory s Laboratory Management needs, standardizing specimen handling, reporting and client workflows.
