Configuration supported manual paycheck processing and production of Personnel Change Reports and Department Head Time Detail Reports, reflecting category-aligned functionality for Workforce Management such as time capture, absence management, and payroll interface orchestration. Operational integrations and data flows were explicit, UKG Workforce Central was used to reconcile hours to Cyborg totals and to reconcile Cyborg gross to net before tax report preparation, and donation acknowledgements were recorded in BlackBaud as part of the hospital cashiering and gift processing workflow. Payroll batches and reconciled payroll data were transmitted to Headquarters on a timely basis, and tax reporting outputs were coordinated with central finance and compliance processes. Governance and process controls emphasized a multi-step review and signoff model, payroll specialists reviewed and signed off on timesheets in Kronos, Administration reviewed Payroll Audit Reports prior to check distribution, and reconciliation processes were mandated to ensure accrual and gross to net alignment.
