Primary technical work centered on developing and maintaining extraction processes that produced text file exports of debt and master data, with format mapping and scheduled batch routines to meet the collections intake requirements.
FIS GETPAID was integrated into the SAP environment through Seeburger middleware, establishing a data pipeline that transported exported text files from SAP into the Getpaid system. This integration linked SAP transactional and master data to the collections engine and the third party debt collection workflows.
Project governance transitioned operational ownership to an internal lead who became the in house support and liaison for future software issues or amendments. That role provided the ongoing change control and process maintenance mechanism for extraction logic and interface updates.
