Operational coverage began at the Saraburi production complex across all factory assets and the program is documented as being expanded in progress to 10+ sites within the companys regional footprint.
Governance and rollout emphasized collaborative supplier engagement and minimal operator disruption, with the project accepted by the customer ahead of schedule.
