The deployment covered company wide operational coverage within SIL Holdings Group and connected shop floor and inventory data flows to financial ledgers and reporting processes, without introducing named third party systems. Governance and rollout emphasized process redesign and staged consolidation, with Inixion supporting business process standardization and system handover to internal finance and operations owners. The public account of the program states the implementation enabled upgrading, process improvements, consolidation and visibility of their systems, reflecting the stated objectives of the Sage Business Cloud X3 ERP Financial deployment. |
