Operational ownership was assigned to finance and retail operations, with rollout sequencing focused on aligning POS workflow, class and range booking payments, and end of day reconciliation. Governance changes included centralized payment workflow controls and consolidated transaction reconciliation to reduce manual cross channel processing.
