| IFS | Legacy | IFS ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | Enterprise Analytics | 2021 | 2021 | In 2021, Silvermill Group implemented IFS ERP through an upgrade from IFS Applications 8 to IFS Cloud 21R1 to modernize core systems and support business continuity. The deployment targeted the ERP Financial domain, aligning financial control and reporting across the group while supporting manufacturing and export operations for coconut based food products and adjacent power and energy ventures. The IFS ERP implementation focused on ERP Financial capabilities such as general ledger processing, accounts payable and receivable workflows, financial consolidation and costing and inventory valuation processes consistent with a consumer packaged goods manufacturer. Configuration work emphasized financial master data harmonization, period end process orchestration and category aligned transaction posting rules to standardize accounting across sites. Enterprise Analytics served as the Authorized Channel and Support Partner and acted as the technical knowledge center for IFS Cloud based developments, managing the upgrade project and onboarding activities. The engagement built on Silvermill Group s initial IFS Applications adoption in 2015 and extended IFS Cloud 21R1 across operations as the company expanded overseas, preserving continuity of core financial processes through the platform change. Governance was structured around partner led technical stewardship and stakeholder alignment across finance, supply chain and manufacturing functions, with phased rollout to maintain operational continuity during the pandemic. The stated objective for the IFS Cloud adoption was to embrace modern technology to improve productivity and business continuity amid the pandemic, with Enterprise Analytics positioned to provide ongoing support for IFS Cloud 21R1. |
