Shiji Group Legacy Shiji Daylight PMS (formerly Shiji Enterprise Platform) Hotel Property Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Sircle Collection implemented Shiji Daylight PMS (formerly Shiji Enterprise Platform) as its core Hotel Property Management platform, establishing a single cloud-enabled foundation across its portfolio of 13 properties. The deployment included Infrasys Cloud POS for food and beverage outlets, with mobile devices for wait staff connected to Shiji Daylight PMS to align front-of-house service with property operations. This decision was driven by a need to modernize infrastructure, future-proof the technology stack, and centralize guest and transactional data in a secure, cloud-hosted environment. The implementation configured standard Hotel Property Management functional capabilities such as reservations, front desk operations, guest profile and data centralization, rate and inventory controls, and interfaces to guest-facing touch points including online check-in and kiosks. Infrasys POS was implemented as an integrated F&B module to streamline ordering and payment capture, and configuration work emphasized tax settings and data standardization to ensure consistent workflows across brands. Sircle Collection and Shiji used the onboarding period to set operational standards so staff mobility and cross-property staffing could operate on uniform processes. Architecturally the solution is API-first and built on microservices, hosted on Amazon Web Services across multiple data centers to provide scalability and enterprise-grade security. The platform was integrated with external payment and distribution channels and designed to support revenue management connections, with Shiji’s documented security controls and in-house Security Operation Center and Network Operation Center providing 24/7 oversight. Centralized data handling and privacy controls were implemented to manage cross-border data flows for marketing and operational workflows. Governance and rollout emphasized partnership and change control, with Shiji guiding configurations and Sircle Collection driving data standardization and operational alignment across departments. The teams operated as a single implementation unit during go-live events, using learnings from initial launches to refine settings and processes. Automation was introduced incrementally, with Sircle Collection reporting they are currently leveraging about 10 percent of the platform’s automation opportunities while preserving the human touch in guest interactions. Today Sircle Collection’s use of Shiji Daylight PMS positions the group to pursue advanced capabilities such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and voice-enabled workflows as next-phase integrations. The unified Hotel Property Management platform and integrated Infrasys POS provide the architectural basis for future omnichannel guest communication, upsell orchestration, and continued standardization of operational processes across the estate.
