Skillsoft integrated Coupa Invoice with its PeopleSoft ERP to create a closed loop procure to pay flow, enabling PO and invoice data synchronization and automated three way matching across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance. Operational coverage included global procurement and finance teams, centralized AP processing, and category owners who used Coupa data to negotiate supplier terms and enforce policy compliance.
