The Modernizing Medicine gPM deployment was delivered in parallel with implementations of Acumatica ERP and Salesforce components, forming a broader technology stack to support finance, sales and operational reporting without implying technical replacement of a named prior product. Governance changes included centralized KPI reporting, tighter revenue cycle oversight and a decision to bring surgery center billing in house, actions that the organization cited as associated with improved AR days and reductions in bad debt and denials.
