Oracle Field Service Cloud was integrated into SKY Brasil infrastructure as part of the Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience suite, enabling service requests originating from SKY’s website to be matched automatically to nearby available technicians. The solution is used by 100% of SKY’s authorized network, and SKY reports that the company now meets all service requests within 48 hours, reflecting operational coverage across its partner ecosystem.
