The ETAP Network analysis deployment included the digital twin modeling of the site electrical network, ETAP PSMS for power system monitoring and control, eSCADA supervisory functionality, predictive simulation engines, and energy analytics modules. ETAP Network analysis was configured to deliver continuous power monitoring, scenario-based predictive validation before operate, and time-series energy analytics aligned with production runs.
Integrations aggregated real-time telemetry and event data into the ETAP environment to enable supervisory visualization, alarm management within the eSCADA layer, and analytics feeds consumed by energy management workflows. Operational coverage was limited to the Mexicali manufacturing site and directly impacted operations and energy management teams responsible for electrical reliability, maintenance planning, and energy performance monitoring.
Governance and process changes embedded predictive validation into engineering acceptance and operational runbooks, shifting validation earlier into simulation and pre-operate checks for electrical changes.
