The program followed formal Discovery and Architect phases with dedicated System Integration work to embed absence event flows into existing HR data processes and the enterprise reporting layer. The implementation leveraged Workday cloud SaaS architecture and included integration planning to ensure transactional integrity between core HR records and absence records. Governance and operational rollout were driven by the Principal Project Manager for People & Culture, with change management, communications and HR end user training sequenced as core deliverables. The approach emphasized scaling People & Culture capabilities and analytics readiness to support operational governance and ongoing absence policy administration.
