SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) Plant Maintenance ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 Snop - Groupe FSD implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM). The deployment established SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) as the enterprise maintenance backbone to support planning, execution and transactional maintenance across manufacturing operations. The implementation focused on core Plant Maintenance capabilities including maintenance notifications, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, equipment and functional location master data, and integration of maintenance bills of materials with materials planning flows. Configuration work emphasized PM orchestration with SAP Quality Management for claim handling and with Materials Management to manage spare parts and inventory reservations. Post‑implementation projects explicitly extended the PM landscape, migrating PM reports from BusinessObjects to BW/BI4 and implementing a SAP QM claim and Livesource interface through SAP SCP. The program included a redesign of the core model and targeted SAP PM rollouts on three Czech sites, and the PM/QM/MM stream lead role during a QAD to SAP migration project covering ten factories with an indicated project budget of 3M €. Operational governance and support were organized around change request management, factory support, end user training and corrective fixes, with dedicated project management for outsourcing SAP support for ECC and S/4. Workstreams also covered PM/QM data migration after corporate merger activity and a proof of concept for SAP S/4 HANA following an acquisition, aligning maintenance processes with central SAP governance and sustained application support.

SAP Legacy SAP BusinessObjects Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Snop - Groupe FSD implemented SAP BusinessObjects to centralize enterprise reporting and analytics. The deployment targeted the company Analytics and BI layer and was executed from the IT department's SAP competence center. SAP BusinessObjects was configured to deliver a semantic layer, scheduled reporting, ad hoc analytics and dashboarding capabilities to support transactional and planning processes. Reporting coverage was aligned with SAP functional areas including MM, PM, PP, SD, EDI, FI/CO, PS, WM and human resources, leveraging data extracted from the SAP landscape. The implementation integrated SAP BusinessObjects with the SAP ECC6 EHP8 environment on a HANA database and with existing BW/BI artifacts, and operational support was provided by an internal TMA team of 10 supplemented by five external consultants. Non‑production data governance and compliance work used EPI-USE Data Secure for anonymization and EPI-USE Sync Client for selective client copies, while implementation documentation was published to a SharePoint portal. Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, including establishment and management of a TMA ABAP contract, redesign of the SAP transport-to-production workflow, and delivery of unit projects using Scrum and agile methods. The SAP competence center retained responsibility for Opex and Capex budgeting and for maintaining the technical solution and architecture.
