The program included system support for statutory reporting requirements in each jurisdiction, onboarding of local bank accounts and payroll arrangements, and coordination with local service providers and bookkeepers to ensure consistent accounting treatment across entities. Governance changes were anchored in the Global Controller role, which was responsible for journal review, account reconciliations, control design, consolidation ownership, and communicating results to senior finance leadership to ensure US GAAP compliance.
