| ADP | Legacy | ADP Workforce Now | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Solis Mammography deployed ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR application to centralize benefits, onboarding, payroll and HRIS workflows across the United States operations. The configuration targeted benefits administration and onboarding as primary use cases, with ADP Workforce Now implemented to support enrollment processing, eligibility rules, deduction reconciliation, carrier billing reconciliation, and time tracking through Essential Time and Attendance where applicable.
The deployment included functional modules for benefits administration, onboarding approvals and clearance, payroll support, leave administration, ACA eligibility and enrollment, and HR reporting including EEOC and unemployment workflows. ADP Workforce Now was used to validate new hire documentation in the ADP onboarding system, approve clearance to start employment, and maintain electronic records for ID cards, enrollment confirmations and conversion notices.
Operational responsibility centered on the Benefits and Onboarding Coordinator and Benefits Manager working with payroll specialists and recruiters, using ADP Workforce Now to reconcile benefit deductions to enrollments each month, process monthly carrier billing and invoices, and run eligibility reports and census files for carriers. Governance processes emphasized documented approvals, audit of enrollments and transactions in ADP Workforce Now, monthly reconciliations and escalation paths for benefits discrepancies, and routine coordination with carriers to resolve claims issues and regulatory changes.
Process controls were extended to support yearend payroll and benefit tax statement reviews, monthly ACA administration, and acting as backup for I-9 oversight and payroll tasks. The implementation structured day to day HR operations so the HR team could manage open enrollment events, troubleshoot employee benefit questions, and maintain confidentiality and compliance across benefits and onboarding functions within ADP Workforce Now.
