Operational coverage was on site in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, and spanned customer service, sales, production and logistics teams. Operational governance centered on customer service representatives as first points of contact who entered and coordinated daily orders from multiple touchpoints, processed invoicing and managed inventory activities in SAP Business One. The system supported cross functional workflows by providing production, packing and logistics teams with consistent transactional and customer data, and by enabling managers to receive DIFOT reporting and oversee credit claim resolution.
