The role also handled invoicing with cost coding and recording, and recorded grievance and disciplinary notes and investigation meeting outcomes within HR processes, aligning personnel records with payroll entries for the 1100 employee organization. Governance and process work was formalized through participation in a monthly Process Review Team with the HR Manager and Payroll Manager to streamline HR and payroll workflows. The deployment included training two temporary staff into HR admin roles, embedding operational procedures for starters, leavers and training capture within MHR iTrent HR.

Governance and process changes centered on mobile-first field procedures, scheduler-based work control, and new customer service workflows to manage and communicate progress. Outcomes reported by South East Water included 99 percent faster access to maintenance and repair reports, improved customer satisfaction scores, and stronger positioning to secure future funding under the regulatory SIM framework.
