Functional configuration included leave self service via the mobile app, shift rostering rules tied to qualifications, automated leave accrual calculations and mobile timesheet submission and approval workflows. Integration intent was focused on operational payroll handoff and workforce management data flows, with timesheet to payroll processes surfaced to employees through the Humanforce app. Operational scope encompassed HR, rostering and payroll workflows across aged care and home care sites in Queensland, and frontline nursing and care staff were included in mobile self service and shift fill processes. Governance changes included manager approval workflows for leave, qualification driven rostering eligibility and standardising pay rule application across sites to reduce payroll variance. The project supported outcomes reported by the customer, helping halve staff turnover, improving eNPS and increasing shift fill efficiency.
