Training management was enabled to capture On-The-Job Training forms and to create and manage course codes. Recruitment and onboarding workflows were built to support applicant classification, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation. Disciplinary case management capabilities were configured to support issuing show cause letters and documenting domestic inquiry proceedings. Operational workflows extended to capturing purchase requisition and release order entries for stationery within HR processes, and to monthly transport billing with OT summary reconciliation to ensure billing alignment. Data flows from the TMS and attendance records were integrated into payroll processing and HR case records, aligning timekeeping, payroll, training, and disciplinary documentation inside KaiZenHR Enterprise. Governance and process standardization were established through structured forms and approval steps for PR RO submissions, training course creation, disciplinary investigations, and onboarding checklists. KaiZenHR Enterprise was embedded as the authoritative Payroll,Core HR platform for Southern Steel Berhad, unifying operational HR workflows and employee lifecycle data management.
