Infodart Technologies served as the implementation partner and the internal Deputy Manager Oracle Retail acted as project lead, responsible for CR and deliveries, proposal drafting, making FES and TES, development, delivery and implementation.
Governance was organized around a project lead centric model with centralized change control and staged delivery cycles, covering functional acceptance, technical testing and production cutover steps.
