The program included production of monthly, quarterly and annual social declarations such as DSN and CCVRP, plus annual statutory filings for construction effort, training, and apprenticeship tax.
Functional modules and integrations implemented included payroll calculation engines, employee administrative management for contracts and absences, benefits configuration for mutual insurance and provident funds, and non-managerial pension plan configuration deployed across four subsidiaries. A time and attendance integration was configured using KELIO, and professional expenses were incorporated into DSN reporting as part of payroll data flows.
Operational coverage involved benchmarking and rolling the Nibelis Payroll & HRIS solution across six companies within a seven company group, management of four separate collective bargaining agreement footprints, and integration of a newly acquired entity TOOGBB with 31 employees. Governance actions included the implementation of DSN phase 3, establishment of processes for transportation allowances, hiring and onboarding, monitoring payment of contributions, parental leave and part-time administration, and ongoing liaison with payroll software editors CEGEDIM and NIBELIS to manage configuration issues and support payroll continuity.
