In 2019, Spok implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to establish a cloud native ERP Financial platform for its corporate finance and accounting functions. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment served Spok as the central ERP Financial application, aligning core finance workflows and financial reporting under a single SaaS instance.
The implementation configured standard financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, cash management, and financial reporting and close management.
