In 2020 Spotahome implemented Zoho Analytics (ex Zoho Reports) as part of a bundled Zoho deployment that also included Zoho CRM and Zoho Survey, using Zoho Analytics to centralize reporting within the Analytics and BI category. The deployment targeted Spotahome's global operations, aligning analytics workspaces with commercial, customer experience and operational data to support business intelligence and decision making.
