Integrations were implemented with Service Cloud, Desk, the company Content Management System, and SQL to synchronize candidate records, surface screening status in case and ticket interfaces, and persist screening metadata for reporting and audit. API based connectors and data feeds were used to route screening results into Service Cloud cases and Desk tickets and to populate SQL tables for downstream queries and archival.
Governance and operational control included establishing role based access to screening results, standardized adjudication workflows for hiring teams, and notification routing to recruiting and HR stakeholders. CheckR served as the authoritative BackGround Screening system, providing structured screening event data to customer service and talent systems for operational visibility.

Square Vertica Analytics Platform ML and Data Science Platforms supported standardized analytics pipelines and governed model artifacts to align data science practices with enterprise data access and compliance controls.
