ACEMA Legacy ACEMA Edu ERP Education ERP ERP Services and Operations ITK Education Services Pvt Ltd 2022 2022 In 2022, Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology implemented ACEMA Edu ERP, a Zoho-based Education ERP provided through ITK Education Services Pvt Ltd and ACEMA. The deployment is inferred from a Memorandum of Understanding between the college and Zoho authorized partner ITK Education Services, and from ITK’s pre-built ACEMA offering which targets academic management needs at the institution. ACEMA Edu ERP was configured on the Zoho Creator platform, aligning Education ERP capabilities to core campus workflows. Implemented modules include admissions, academics, and fees and finance, with additional functional coverage for training and placements reflected in academic management workflows. Configuration work emphasized form-based student and course data models, workflow automation for admissions and academic approvals, and role-based access controls for administrative and faculty users. ITK Education Services Pvt Ltd served as the implementation and training partner under the MoU, delivering application development, faculty and staff training, and handover to college IT and registrar teams. Operational scope focused on registrar, admissions, finance, and placement offices within the college in Tamil Nadu, India, and governance centered on role-level access, process alignment for academic operations, and change management through targeted training.
