| Velosi Asset Integrity Ltd | Legacy | Velosi CMMS | Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 | In 2018, STAR Rafineri Turkey engaged Velosi Asset Integrity Ltd to prepare maintenance master-data for a Velosi CMMS implementation in the Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) category. The engagement centered on creating load-ready data sets to support maintenance operations for the STAR refinery equipment estate. Velosi CMMS work included intensive maintenance master-data collection, cleansing and preparation of equipment and spare-parts master-data. The effort covered assembling an asset register, standardizing equipment identifiers, cataloging spare parts, and preparing maintenance-point and equipment hierarchy records to align with plant maintenance workflows. The project explicitly included data staging for CMMS use and compatibility with SAP Plant Maintenance, indicating an integration-focused approach to align asset and maintenance records with plant maintenance processes. Operational coverage targeted refinery maintenance functions and spare-parts management, positioning the prepared data for downstream loading into the selected CMMS and for interoperability with SAP PM module workflows. Governance emphasis was placed on master-data standards, file-format readiness and controlled handoff of load-ready files to the CMMS staging environment. The engagement was primarily architectural and data-centric, orienting maintenance, procurement and operations teams around a single set of instrumented asset and spare-parts records for subsequent CMMS operationalization. |
