Operational coverage targeted StarHub’s finance and accounting functions across its Singapore operations, embedding revenue recognition and month end close workflows into the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 environment. The implementation aligned transactional posting, revenue accounting, and statutory reporting processes to a unified ERP Financial architecture.
Governance was managed internally by a StarHub program manager who led the upgrade and IFRS 15 compliance workstreams, with the program running from November 2015 through April 2016. Governance and rollout were managed under HRIS leadership, driving process restructuring and system governance to support a move toward full digitization of HR processes. The program aimed to consolidate requirements and implement RPA for non system integration processes, positioning SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the authoritative Core HR platform for StarHub.
