In 2016, Stark implemented EG A/S Aspect4 as an ERP Financial system. The initiative was executed as an ASPECT4 ERP deployment and related sub-systems in Aarhus, Denmark, supported by a consultancy engagement running from September 2016 to February 2018.
The implementation of EG A/S Aspect4 focused on logistics-driven configuration, covering procurement workflows, warehousing operations, transport management and material master data governance. Workstreams included system configuration for procurement and inventory processes, functional setup of transport and warehouse controls, and establishment of disciplined material master practices aligned with ERP Financial controls.
