Teams analyzed existing business processes and conducted interface and mode of operation analysis for SAP HR integrations, and provided after hours support during cutover and stabilization. This work established governance around HR process orchestration, technical interfacing and operational runbooks for ongoing leave and time administration.

The procurement and award of the Optum RX contract were publicly litigated during the award process, and award documentation cited projected savings estimated at multi hundred million to $1.6B over the three year contract term. Operational scope covered statewide plan members under the State Health Benefits Program, centralizing PBM administration within HR benefits operations for state and school employee populations and standardizing pharmacy benefit governance across agencies.
