NEOGOV ATS was configured to automate the hiring and performance evaluation lifecycle, including position requisition approval workflows, automatic minimum qualification screening, assessment scoring and test statistics and analysis, and Equal Employment Opportunity reporting. Configuration emphasized candidate screening rules, requisition workflow controls, exam and score aggregation, and compliance reporting modules consistent with Applicant Tracking System functional patterns.
Operationally the system is used by the Department of Human Resources to manage state-level recruiting and performance evaluation processes, with governance focused on requisition approval and compliance reporting workflows. The implementation centralized applicant tracking, standardized minimum qualification screening, and instrumented test statistic capture and EEO reporting to support HR hiring and evaluation functions across the state.
