| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Invoice | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Steadfast Group implemented SAP Concur Invoice as its AP Automation platform to standardize invoice intake and onboarding workflows across its Accounts Payable function. The deployment supported an AP Central operating model that included seven Accounts Payable officers working onshore and offshore and managed end-to-end AP onboarding for new entities, suppliers and employees into the invoicing workflow.
SAP Concur Invoice deployment encompassed Concur invoice management and the Concur expense and invoice management capabilities, with system configuration and administrator responsibilities covering user access maintenance, onboarding and off-boarding, and configuration of standard Concur workflows. The implementation explicitly included an Invoice Management project, support for the AMEX and ANZ corporate card program, and maintenance of supplier and financial master data such as supplier details, Chart of Accounts, Cost Center, General Ledger and ADG entries.
Operational integrations and support patterns were structured around named systems and programs, including Level 1 support for the SAP by Design Concur Expense and Invoice Management system, card program connectivity for AMEX and ANZ, and a supplier authentication process using EFTSure. Day-to-day operations were coordinated between onshore entities and an offshore AP Central Team to resolve operational and technical issues related to trade payables, invoices, expenses and payments processing.
Governance and process changes included setting up authorised business users and payment approvers, managing system access and restrictions, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and end-to-end AP documentation. The supplier authentication process via EFTSure was used to mitigate risks of erroneous and fraudulent payments, and the Concur administrator role provided ongoing configuration, access control and operational troubleshooting for the AP Automation environment.

| Sage | Legacy | Sage HRMS | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Steadfast Group implemented Sage HRMS. The Sage HRMS deployment served as the company's Core HR application under the One Payroll and One HR initiative to centralize HRIS and payroll functions across Steadfast Group entities and subsidiaries.
Implementation work centered on Core HR capabilities including employee records, HRIS configuration, payroll interface development, and related reporting and workforce data hygiene. Senior Business Analysts led requirements elicitation, solution design, documentation, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and production of operating procedures and user guides. The program used staged UAT checkpoints, go live readiness activities, and transition support to operational teams.
An explicit integration point was delivered between Sage HRMS and ADP Payforce to align payroll execution with HR records as part of One Payroll and One HR. Project governance combined formal project management and structured change management with a Change Manager, covering risk and issue management, vendor engagement where applicable, stakeholder communication, and training support. Steadfast Group Sage HRMS Core HR supported HRIS and payroll business functions through centralized configuration, common data models, and formalized governance for ongoing operations.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Steadfast Group implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment is visible on the company website and is positioned to support corporate collaboration across the organization, covering approximately 750 employees in Australia.
The Microsoft 365 implementation centralized core collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online for corporate email, Microsoft Teams for chat and meetings, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for document management and secure file sharing, and Azure Active Directory for authentication and single sign on. Configuration emphasis included mailbox provisioning, team and site topology in SharePoint, document library and permission models, and mobile access controls to standardize collaboration workflows.
Operational coverage targeted business functions typical to an insurance group, including corporate services, distribution communications, underwriting collaboration, and claims casework, with Microsoft 365 used to support cross departmental document workflows and real time communications. Integrations focused on cloud identity and productivity flows, notably directory synchronization and single sign on through Azure Active Directory, and application of retention and information protection policies across Exchange and SharePoint.
Governance centered on centralized administration for user provisioning, group and SharePoint site governance, and security policy enforcement to manage compliance and data loss prevention across the Collaboration estate. The public signal from the Steadfast website indicates Microsoft 365 serves as the organization’s primary Collaboration platform.
