Operational coverage included HR, training teams and line managers across roughly 30 sites in the Netherlands, consolidating training records and role based access controls for managers and trainers. The deployment focused on centralizing learner records and standardizing revalidation workflows to align staff development with care and education requirements. In 2019 Stichting Heliomare upgraded to the renewed CAPP version to strengthen compliance functionality, enhance quality passport reporting and improve knowledge circulation across locations. The upgrade included reconfiguration of reporting templates, expansion of blended learning offerings and adjustments to governance and training workflows to support broader staff engagement. Documented outcomes from the program include improved compliance, improved quality passport reporting and increased knowledge circulation, which supported higher engagement and a more diverse set of blended learning offerings through CAPP Learning within the organization's Learning and Development function.
