In 2017 Streamlight implemented Epicor Manage 2000 as its Manufacturing ERP. The Epicor Manage 2000 deployment supported core receiving and service workflows at Streamlight operations in Eagleville, Pennsylvania, aligning the application with inventory and repair processing business functions.
Operational use centered on data entry and parts master management, where staff processed incoming shipments of one to more than 200 parts and entered customer and extensive parts data into Epicor Manage 2000. The system was used to complete repair orders, receive shipments from Authorized Service Centers, determine repairs required and financial reimbursement, and create work orders for replacement part shipping.
