| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2017 |
In 2016 Stripe implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to centralize core finance capabilities and to support ERP Financial functions across finance, procurement and project accounting. The deployment targeted Fusion Financials, Procurement and Project Accounting modules to address accounts payable, general ledger, receivables, purchasing and project cost tracking.
Configuration work included customized approval workflows for AP, GL, requisitions and purchase orders, plus setup of allocations, currency translations and consolidations. Large scale data loads and conversion activities were executed for open purchase orders, requisitions, open AP invoices, journals, customers, vendors, projects and project cost data using WebADI and ADFDI tools, and UI personalization was performed in Sandbox to adjust attribute properties to meet business requirements.
Multiple integrations and automations were built into the Oracle Cloud ERP landscape, including Amex and Visa credit card automation, bank statement automation, ACH payments automation, requisition punch-out connectivity and purchase order B2B messaging. A Revpro application implementation was integrated with the ERP to support revenue recognition under ASC-606, including ERP to Revpro interfaces and recasting of historical revenue records for comparative analysis between ASC-605 and ASC-606.
Operational governance encompassed promotion of configurations and technical components into production, development of test scripts and execution of release testing, and ongoing managed services and product support for Finance and Project Accounting teams. Reporting and analytics work included OTBI dashboards and XML Publisher reports to support period close and quarter end activities, exception reporting and operational reconciliation workflows.

| HackerRank | Legacy | HackerRank Platform | Talent Assessment | HCM | n/a | 2022 | 2023 |
In 2022, Stripe implemented the HackerRank Platform as a Talent Assessment solution to standardize evaluation of developer skills across its hiring processes. The HackerRank Platform is positioned as a Developer Skills Platform used by more than 2,500 companies and 23 million developers, and Stripe’s adoption aligns with that use case for objective, skills-based screening and candidate benchmarking.
The implementation centered on core Talent Assessment capabilities such as timed coding assessments, automated scoring and ranking, interviewer-facing live assessment tools, customizable question libraries, and centralized candidate reporting. Configuration work focused on creating role-specific test templates and assessment workflows to support technical screens and take-home evaluations, while analytics modules provided hiring teams with consolidated performance views and candidate shortlists.
Operationally the HackerRank Platform was embedded into Stripe’s recruiting and talent acquisition workflows, supporting engineering hiring managers and interviewers throughout the candidate pipeline. Governance emphasized standardized evaluation criteria and calibrated scoring to reduce variability in technical screening, and the platform was used to support both hiring and developer upskilling initiatives within those processes.
The deployment reflected HackerRank Platform usage patterns reported in the vendor description, enabling objective developer evaluation and candidate comparison, allowing teams to hire against skill signals and reduce engineering time spent on ineffective screens.

| Onit | Legacy | Onit SimpleLegal CounselGO | Legal Time and Billing | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Stripe implemented Onit SimpleLegal CounselGO in the Legal Time and Billing category. The Onit SimpleLegal CounselGO deployment was configured to centralize legal matter billing, vendor invoice intake, and time and expense capture, providing a single system for counsel billing and invoice lifecycle management. The implementation positioned Onit SimpleLegal CounselGO to serve Finance and Legal Operations, linking legal spend to corporate accounting.
Key functional configuration included invoice validation and coding workflows, vendor onboarding and master data capture, and payments orchestration through a payments module. The Sourcery Payments module was implemented as part of the solution, and expense approvals continued to flow through Expensify into the billing and payment process. Integration points explicitly included Oracle R12 for general ledger coding and month end accounting, and Confluence and Google Sheets were used to document processes and user guidelines.
Operational coverage emphasized Accounts Payable, FP&A, and in-house Legal teams, with weekly payment batch processing via check, ACH, and wire, and explicit support for Brazilian boleto payments in cross-border operations. Governance and workflow changes centered on standardized vendor onboarding that captured tax information, physical address, and banking details, routed invoice approvals through defined approvers, and instituted month end invoice sweeps and reconciliations. Reporting and reconciliation activities were supported by SQL queries, journal entry processing, and intercompany adjustments tied into Oracle R12.
