| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Stryker implemented FIS GETPAID to strengthen its accounts receivable technology stack, using the FIS GETPAID application to address AR Automation needs across corporate receivables. The deployment placed the full FIS GETPAID application into production to centralize collections workflows and to provide a single-platform approach for automated AR operations.
Configuration emphasized collections management and accounts receivable process orchestration, leveraging FIS GETPAID capabilities such as automated dunning, staged collection workflows, dispute case tracking, and payment matching to support credit-to-cash execution. The implementation included rule-based prioritization of delinquent accounts, configurable collector worklists, and integration of automated communications and workflow orchestration typical of AR Automation platforms.
The FIS GETPAID deployment was integrated with Stryker teams experienced on collections-related systems, specifically interfacing with SAP and Oracle collections and financial modules to ingest billing and receivable data feeds. Operational coverage focused on accounts receivable, credit and collections, and centralized treasury receivables operations, with the application serving as the orchestration layer between ERP billing records and collector workflows.
Governance centered on role-based access control, standardized collection policies implemented as system rules, and a staged rollout of collector profiles and escalation paths to align process owners and compliance functions. Implementation governance also included configuration change controls and operational training for AR and customer service teams to ensure adherence to the standardized collections workflows within the FIS GETPAID environment.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Stryker implemented Workday Absence Management to centralize Absence and Leave Management across HR operations, payroll support, and benefits administration. The deployment was driven through the myHR support organization where the Lead Specialist role provided system support for Workday and owned training and documentation tasks.
Workday Absence Management was configured to reflect Time and Leave Policies, standard absence types, entitlement calculations, and manager approval workflows consistent with absence and leave management practices. Configuration work included creation of training materials and validation of Spanish language documents to ensure policy and user experience alignment for multilingual populations.
Operational scope included HR Operations, Payroll and Benefits teams and extended to Latin America where a designated liaison provided regional coordination. The implementation was supported by myHR Tier 1 onboarding and one on one training of new employees and managers, embedding absence request and approval workflows into daily HR service operations.
Governance emphasis centered on training driven rollout and knowledge transfer, with the Lead Specialist producing training strategies and serving as the primary contact for Workday system support and translation validation. The program focused on operationalizing absence workflows within existing HR processes and equipping Tier 1 support to handle ongoing case resolution.
