Governance and process change prioritized standardized procedures, structured training, and centralized helpdesk guidance to enforce consistent loan and guarantee processing practices across regions. The implementation emphasized workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational runbooks to support audits and ongoing Core Banking operations in Temenos T24.
