Implementation centered on InfoGenesis POS for fixed terminal and tablet touchscreen point of sale functionality, configured for multi-unit and complex operations with real time reporting, package and prix fixe menu support, and multi language capability. InfoGenesis Flex provided mobility with full POS functionality on tablets including signature capture and adaptable kitchen and receipt printing, while Agilysys Pay leveraged rGuest Pay capabilities for payment processing with validated Point to Point Encryption, a Payment Information Proxy for e commerce flows, tokenization to remove cardholder data from storage, and support for fixed and mobile EMV ready devices. The solution architecture emphasized strong offline capabilities to maintain transactions when Wi Fi connectivity is inconsistent, and integrated the Agilysys applications with a wide variety of third party providers as required by resort operations. Operational access was extended to managers on the floor through InfoGenesis tools to enable real time oversight and on the go adjustments to service and revenue capture. Governance focused on consolidating point of sale and payment gateway selection to meet the management teams requirement for end to end card security and seamless guest service. The Agilysys Pay deployment at Suncadia aligned with Destination Hotels use of the same Agilysys suite at other properties including The Carolina Inn, Quirk Hotel, The Scottsdale Resort and Town and Country Resort and Convention Center, and delivered the stated objectives of optimizing food and beverage delivery, enhancing guest service and providing secure payment processing.

Remote access requirements were explicit, agents required a minimum 25Mbps upload and download speed and VPN connectivity to operate off-site, and new hires completed a two-week onsite onboarding before being eligible for remote work. The system was positioned to support routine biannual property familiarization and periodic onsite training cycles to maintain alignment between reservations, on-property operations, and sales objectives. Governance and process changes were implemented to standardize data capture and sales accountability, including structured notes for guest follow up, monthly reservations meetings for alignment, and participation in sales training programs. Sms Host was used as the authoritative record for reservation details and ancillary commitments, enabling Reservations Sales Associates to execute targeted outreach and coordinate cross-department operational handoffs.
