In 2021 Sunrise Manufacturing implemented Shipwell as its central Shipping Management application to support outbound freight operations at its Rome, GA location. The deployment is anchored on day to day execution by a freight clerk and customer service representatives who manage quotes, carrier scheduling and shipment confirmations for distributed inventory and vendor origin shipments.
Shipwell was configured to handle core shipping functions including freight quote capture, carrier pick up scheduling, bill of lading preparation, end to end shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.
