The SabreSonic deployment operated alongside Sunwater's P3MF tooling and project controls environment, with the Technology PMO and Project Controls Officer supporting the use of Project Online and Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites, and SAP for schedule, cost and program reporting. Operational coverage included the Technology PMO, ICT Delivery, and business units accountable for service operations and customer interactions, ensuring alignment between system configuration and operational processes. Governance and rollout leveraged P3MF processes for ongoing control and forecasting of schedules, costs, progress and risks, with the Project Controls Officer embedding P3MF compliance, preparing Approval Gates, developing Technology Portfolio committee dashboards and Investment committee reports, and liaising with the Enterprise PMO to align standards and templates for continued SabreSonic operations.
