Mosaic Financial Reporting and Analysis was configured to centralize budgeting, forecasting and KPI management, with prebuilt reporting views and an automated FP&A cadence that removed manual spreadsheet consolidation. SupportLogic implemented modules for budget orchestration, rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards, aligning operational finance workflows with the new Analytics and BI data model. The deployment consolidated data from QuickBooks, Salesforce and Justworks into a unified reporting pipeline, ingesting accounting, CRM-derived revenue signals and payroll data to normalize financial metrics across systems. The architecture created a single reconciled dataset for board and investor reporting, supporting scheduled refreshes and consolidated financial views for FP&A. Governance focused on operationalizing an automated FP&A workflow, reducing ad hoc spreadsheet control and standardizing monthly close and forecast routines. The US finance and FP&A rollout completed in four weeks delivering fast time-to-value, saving the finance team up to 10 to 15 hours per week and improving visibility for board and investor reporting.
