In 2024, SureCo engaged Soluzione IT Services to implement Distribution Desk as part of a broader insurance distribution platform delivered under the Ensurite initiative. Distribution Desk is a Distribution ERP application deployed to automate application-quote-policy workflows and orchestrate multi-party distribution activities.
The implementation configured application intake, quote management, policy issuance orchestration, and e-signature workflows to accelerate end-to-end AQP processing. Soluzione adapted Distribution Desk capabilities to support configurable business rules, document generation, and built-in compliance controls aligned with insurance distribution operations.
Integrations were implemented to connect carrier endpoints and to enable e-signature processing, supporting broker and carrier handoffs within distribution channels. Operational coverage focused on SureCo distribution, underwriting intake, policy administration, and compliance teams across the California business.
Governance was established through centralized workflow orchestration and role based access controls, with Soluzione IT Services responsible for delivery and configuration management. The platform, including Distribution Desk capabilities, was used to improve regulatory compliance and to speed policy issuance as stated in the case study.
