In 2014 Swissquote implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking application, initiating a structured program of core banking deployment and version migration. The implementation program focused on Temenos T24 core banking capabilities and included a targeted set of projects such as the initial T24 implementation, T24 new version migration, and the T24 multi company module implementation.
The technical scope covered configuration and operationalization of core banking functional modules including account and transaction processing, payments and SWIFT messaging automation, and general ledger interfaces consistent with Core Banking capabilities. Workstreams included development and maintenance of new exchange interfaces between Temenos T24 and front-end or third party systems, automation of outgoing and incoming SWIFT messages, and ongoing configuration, specification and improvement cycles for internal applications.
Integrations centered on message orchestration and system interoperability, specifically the automated SWIFT messaging layer and the bespoke exchange interface connecting Temenos T24 with front-end channels and third party systems. External applications management included coordinating new module implementations with software providers, while internal applications management encompassed specification writing, development, integration and continuous improvement tied to the Temenos T24 deployment.
Operational governance was organized around IT operations and team management processes, including annual evaluation, planning and project assignment, task scheduling and production task automation, and user support. Release and change management practices were applied for the T24 new version migration and multi company module rollouts, with specifications driving development and integration work across IT, operations and payment processing functions.

| Twilio | Legacy | Twilio Segment | Customer Data Platform | CRM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Swissquote implemented Twilio Segment as a Customer Data Platform to centralize web event capture on its public website. The deployment focused on embedding Twilio Segment tracking to ingest behavioral events and identity signals from site interactions, establishing a consistent event schema and tagging plan across pages.
Twilio Segment was configured to provide real-time event collection, identity resolution and profile stitching, enabling unified customer profiles and segmentation capabilities. Functional modules implemented include client-side event tracking, real-time ingestion, user profile construction, and segment definition, aligned with common Customer Data Platform workflows for audience orchestration.
Operational governance emphasized a centralized data taxonomy and instrumentation standards to guide developer tagging and analytics teams, with privacy-aware controls integrated into the collection design. Rollout was executed as a website-first implementation, consolidating web event telemetry into Twilio Segment to serve downstream analytics and personalization use cases without naming specific destination systems.
