The upgrade workstream covered Project Accounting, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and iExpenses, with Conference Room Pilots used to validate functional design and transaction flows. The team prepared and executed a formal Test Strategy and Test Plans, created detailed test scripts for System Testing and System Integration Testing, and performed functional configuration within the Oracle testing environments to replicate operational scenarios.
System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing were supported through progress reporting and coordinated task management for functional consultants, with a Train the Trainer program and SME enablement to transition knowledge to business users. The program included resolution of configuration and CEMLI issue identification during testing, and direct support during UAT to address functional defects and configuration gaps.
Governance activities emphasized structured test governance and release readiness, including maintenance of system and integration test progress reports and coordination of assigned tasks across the functional team.
