In 2016, Takeaway.Com implemented OneStream ESG Reporting across its European finance organization. Takeaway.Com deployed OneStream ESG Reporting, an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) application, to centralize finance and sustainability reporting and to replace Excel based consolidation and reporting with an automated platform.
The configuration emphasized financial consolidation, guided close management, and the collection of non financial KPIs to enable sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting. OneStream ESG Reporting was configured to use the platform's unified data model and guided workflow capabilities so finance owners could manage monthly close tasks and capture non financial metrics in the same reporting environment as financials.
AMCO Solutions served as the implementation partner, executing configuration and rollout across Takeaway.Com's regional entities in Europe. The scope covered the European finance organization and regional reporting entities, bringing regional KPI inputs into centralized reporting processes and guided workflows.
Governance changes focused on standardized KPI collection procedures and formalized close owner responsibilities, enabling automated monthly closes and consolidated sustainability reporting within OneStream ESG Reporting. The project aligned finance and non financial reporting processes so that operational KPIs and financial consolidation lived in a single platform for reporting across Europe.
