In 2017 TalentLaunch implemented Google Workspace, formerly Google G-Suite, as its primary collaboration platform under the Collaboration category. The public site references Google Workspace usage, indicating an enterprise provisioning of Google Workspace across corporate communications and content workflows.
The deployment centered on core Google Workspace capabilities, including Gmail for corporate email, Google Drive for centralized file storage and shared drives, Google Docs and Sheets for real-time document collaboration, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Google Meet for virtual meetings. Configuration work emphasized account provisioning, shared drive structuring, and collaborative document access controls to support cross-functional teamwork.
Operational management was conducted through the Google Workspace admin console, with administrative constructs such as organizational units, user provisioning and identity and access management controls applied to align access with departmental boundaries. Mobile device management, basic endpoint controls and tenant-level sharing controls were used to extend secure collaboration to distributed employee devices.
Governance and workflow adjustments were implemented via admin policies and organizational unit settings to standardize sharing policies, retention settings and external sharing restrictions across HR, sales, marketing and delivery teams. | Great Recruiters | Legacy | Great Recruiters | Customer Experience | CRM | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023, TalentLaunch deployed Great Recruiters to capture real-time candidate and client feedback and to instrument continuous experience measurement across its network. TalentLaunch is a professional services network spanning 34 states that connects talent and clients across healthcare, accounting, manufacturing, engineering, legal and other sectors, and the Great Recruiters implementation was positioned to centralize Customer Experience data for recruitment and client engagement functions.
The implementation leveraged Great Recruiters’ real-time review capture and performance management capabilities to move from annual surveys to ongoing feedback cycles. TalentLaunch configured review workflows tied to candidate assignment campaigns, activated certification and gamification for recruiters, and established a candidate callback process to surface and remediate negative feedback, all using Great Recruiters as the experience management platform.
Rollout governance was organized by requiring each operating company in the network to appoint a point of contact responsible for monitoring reviews and driving weekly action. The program secured executive to operating company buy-in, with rollout communication and celebratory incentives such as recruiter certification recognition and rewards to drive adoption of Great Recruiters across the distributed operating model.
Results reported by TalentLaunch included regularly higher net promoter scores compared with their prior annual ClearlyRated survey, an average rating above 4.7, increased candidate trust in recruiters, and an emergent referral channel sourced from platform reviews. The use of Great Recruiters therefore tied Customer Experience instrumentation to recruiter performance management, referral generation, and a repeatable governance cadence for quality assurance across the TalentLaunch network.
