The deployment used the Mjunction mjPRO eProcurement suite to centralize procurement operations and establish electronic PR to PO processing for the procurement function. The implementation adopted the end to end PR to Pay modules from the vendor case materials, including requisition management, purchase order generation, invoice matching and supplier catalog management, configured to support approval workflows and electronic supplier collaboration. Mjunction mjPRO was configured to enforce approval routing and workflow automation consistent with standard eProcurement functional flows. Integration work connected Mjunction mjPRO with Tata Pigments India ERP to exchange procurement transactions and supplier master data, enabling PO posting and invoice reconciliation between systems. Operational coverage was across India operations and impacted sourcing, procurement operations and accounts payable, extending supplier communication into the eProcurement platform. Governance changes accompanied the rapid one month rollout, with PR approvals and supplier onboarding processes moved onto the mjPRO platform and standardized procurement workflows instituted. The vendor case study documents measurable reductions in procurement cycle time and cites improved spend visibility and compliance as outcomes of the Mjunction mjPRO deployment. |
